Het Startbureau is a foundation which provides services and initiates projects in the non-profit sector from the aim to contribute to the quality of life of the Antillian and Aruban community in the kingdom of The Netherlands.

Het Startbureau has an establishment in The Netherlands and one on the The Netherlands Antilles.

The offered services on the islands are meant to give knowledge and excists of supporting project- and organization-development and advice about financing to NGO's and personal initiators.

In The Netherlands the same services are offered with an added offering of consultancyactivities from which the income goes to the projects on the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba.
