Services on the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba

Het Startbureau provides general information, among other things about fund raising. Besides, the Bureau supports Antillan and Aruban NGOs in designing project plans and in developing and implementing projects.
Het Startbureau may also be called in to find out whether a project will get sufficient backing, to find permanent finance and to monitor the process. In doing so Het Startbureau focuses on non profit organizations that operate in the following fields: care & welfare, natural surroundings and environment, art & culture and education for all age groups.

After getting in touch, either orally or in writing, arrangements are recorded in a mutual agreement, with a survey of the costs supplied as a separate appendix. These costs are inserted as a separate entry in the project budget. Payment of services provided by Het Startbureau will take place as soon as the organization has raised funds.
